  • Everyone Deserves a Drink | Whether you are sober curious, a designated driver, watching your diet, or simply cutting back, our non-alcoholic wine is made for you.
  • Kolonne Null | Founded in 2018, we’ve embarked on a mission to create the finest non-alcoholic wines. Our wine lab works closely with partner winemakers and research institutions to push the limits of wht is achievable in fine non-alcoholic wine.

The French still wine from Provence comes in a light pink and a less acidic taste profile than the 2022 Rosé. The 2023 vintage is particularly characterized by the high amount of rainfall during the maturation period of the grapes. The resulting lower grape density on the vine leads to faster acid degradation. This results in a milder taste profile. The fruity freshness and elegant minerality reflect the typical French character of a rosé. With its fine nuances of yellow fruit and a delicate hint of strawberry, the 2023 vintage is the ideal accompaniment to exquisit starters such as carpaccio and spring dishes such as grilled fish.

Pairing Recommendation

Pairing Recommendation

For the Kolonne Null non-alcoholic rosé wine with fine aromas of red berries and vineyard peach, and characteristics from Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault grapes grown in French limestone, clay, slate, and sand terrain with long lees aging, here are some pairing recommendations:

  1. Goat Cheese Salad: A salad with fresh greens, goat cheese, sliced vineyard peaches, and a light vinaigrette. The tangy goat cheese and sweet peaches will complement the wine’s red berry and peach aromas.
  2. Grilled Salmon with Peach Salsa: The rich flavor of grilled salmon paired with a fresh peach salsa will enhance the wine’s peach notes and provide a nice contrast to its freshness.
  3. Provencal Ratatouille: This classic French vegetable dish with eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, and bell peppers will mirror the wine’s elegance and freshness, and the herbs will complement the grape varieties’ complexity.
  4. Herbed Chicken: Roasted or grilled chicken with a mix of herbs like thyme, rosemary, and basil. The simplicity and herbaceous notes will allow the wine’s red berry and peach aromas to shine.
  5. Couscous Salad with Dried Fruits and Nuts: A couscous salad with dried apricots, cranberries, almonds, and a light citrus dressing. The combination of textures and flavors will enhance the wine’s complexity and fresh notes.
  6. Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Glaze: Grilled zucchini, bell peppers, and eggplant drizzled with a balsamic reduction. The caramelized flavors and acidity from the balsamic will pair well with the wine’s fresh and fruity profile.
  7. Duck Breast with Berry Sauce: The rich, savory flavor of duck breast paired with a berry sauce made from raspberries or cherries will highlight the wine’s red berry aromas and add depth to the pairing.
  8. Berry Tart: A dessert tart made with a mixture of red berries like strawberries, raspberries, and cherries. The tart’s sweetness and acidity will match well with the wine’s red berry notes.

These pairings will enhance the elegant and fresh characteristics of the non-alcoholic rosé wine, highlighting its fine aroma of red berries and vineyard peach, while considering the grape varieties and terrain from which it originates.

About the Brand

Kolonne Null:

Non-Alcoholic Wine Founder of Kolonne Null Philipp Rossle Kolonne Null's mission is to create the finest non-alcoholic wines. We are able to accomplish this by respecting traditional craftsmanship while pushing the boundaries to create new innovative flavors and finishing concepts. Since 2018, we have been traveling through the wine world and have built up what is probably the most specialized non-alcoholic wine company in the entire world. Our own wine lab is in continual exchange with our partner winemakers and research institutions to regularly raise the bar of what is achievable. We have evolved from industry newcomers to industry leaders. With the development of our laboratory and various research partnerships, we are becoming better at understanding the key drivers of our business, more accurate, more focused and also more selective in choosing our partners - along the entire value chain from the grapevine to the printed shipping box. What makes Kolonne Null so special is that our aim is to bring the characteristics of the growing region, the grape and the winemakers into the bottle, so that we can transparently tell the story of each wine. Closely linked to the highest standards of quality and perfection for the product and for ourselves. Where the journey is headed? In contrast to 2018, our work now already begins in the vineyard. We discuss with the winemakers even before the harvest how we want to develop the respective wine. However, we believe that the ultimate added value can only be achieved through our own production and the associated representative headquarter. In addition, we are planning a vineyard in Brandenburg's Havelland region, to which the most exciting and at the same time most courageous international winemakers will make a pilgrimage, in order to raise (non-alcoholic) wine to a new level together with Kolonne Null
