Your level is set by the points you’ve collected over the life of your account. It only ever goes up — spending your points doesn’t move you back down.

Your level changes the rate on what you spend. Everything else on this page — the welcome points, the order bonuses, birthdays, reviews — is the same for everyone, at every level.
Worth knowing
Points don’t expire. No clock and no annual reset.
Reviews need a purchase. Points are for bottles you’ve bought from us.
Redemption is a code. Your points become a discount code applied to your cart, not an automatic deduction.
Referral points can be reversed. If a referred account is removed, the points earned from it come back off.
Levels use lifetime points. The total you’ve ever collected, not your current balance.
Promotions end. Anything marked as running now is temporary. The rest of the program isn’t.
