Going back to the roots of ancient herbal remedies, we rediscover bitter orange, gentian, wormwood & thyme in a bittersweet “rosso” aperitif and a contemporary “bianco” aperitif from Greece.

How It’s Made

1. First produce a mediterranean vermouth by infusing & macerating wormwood, rosemary, gentian & other greek herbs into sweetened wine

2. The vermouth is then dealcoholized with a reverse osmosis process, similar to the wine dealcoholization process
