Non-Alcoholic Red Wine

Non-alcoholic red wine, made as red wine first: fermented on the skins for color and tannin, then gently stripped of its alcohol. Bordeaux blends, Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah, Grenache and Pinot Noir from France, Spain, Italy, South Africa and the US, at 0.0% or under 0.5%.

Serve these a little cooler than a red with alcohol, nearer 55°F. Planning dinner? Pair food with non-alcoholic red wine. Every order ships free across the contiguous US, with no minimum.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does non-alcoholic red wine contain any alcohol?

It depends on the bottle. Some are 0.0%, with no measurable alcohol; others are labeled under 0.5%, the level most markets allow for a drink sold as non-alcoholic. Each bottle states which, and the Alcohol level filter sorts them.

What is the difference between dealcoholized and never-alcoholized red wine?

Dealcoholized red is fermented in full, on its skins, and then has the alcohol removed, so it keeps its tannin and structure. Never-alcoholized red is made without fermenting to alcohol and reads fruitier and softer. The Process filter separates them.

How long does non-alcoholic red wine last once opened?

A few days, less than a red with alcohol, since alcohol does part of the preserving. Recork it, keep it in the fridge, and let it warm a little before pouring.

Can you cook with non-alcoholic red wine?

Yes, in braises, pan sauces and marinades, the same as any red. Choose a dry one: fruitier styles carry sugar that concentrates as the sauce reduces.

How much is shipping?

Free on every order to the contiguous US, with no minimum. Orders ship from Los Angeles, and express 1–2 day delivery is offered at checkout.
