Mezcal / Tequila
Agave is the easiest of the classic spirits to translate. The pepper, the citrus and the saline edge survive dealcoholization far better than oak does — which is why the margarita is usually the first alcohol-free cocktail that genuinely convinces someone.
Several of ours are made in Mexico, including ALMAVE. Whether you want a straight tequila substitute for a margarita or something smoky enough to stand in for mezcal, the difference is on the label, along with the ABV, calories and sugar for every bottle.
