Non-Alcoholic Viognier
Apricot, peach and white blossom, with a full body and a soft, low-acid finish. Condrieu in the northern Rhône is its home, and it is blended in small amounts with Syrah to lift the aromatics.

What is Viognier like to drink?
Perfumed and rounded — one of the most openly aromatic whites there is, all apricot and blossom. Serve it cool rather than cold so the aromatics have room, and put it with something equally scented: roast chicken with herbs, or a Thai plate.
Is Viognier difficult to make without alcohol?
It is one of the harder whites. Its appeal is a full body and a soft, low-acid finish, and body is the part that goes with the alcohol. The apricot and blossom aromatics come through, but the wine can read short.
What should I serve with Viognier?
Apricot, stone fruit, roast chicken, and anything with saffron or ginger. Its low acidity means it needs food that is rich rather than sharp, since there is no acid to cut through.
