Who they are

Mommos comes from Dismark Products, based in Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, at the north-west corner of Spain. The same house makes Lussory, so the two lines share a maker and a US importer.

Where Lussory works from wine, Mommos works from the spirits shelf. The range is deliberately shaped like a back bar rather than like a collection: a London dry, a spiced cane, an amaretto, a coffee liqueur and a bitter aperitif. Five bottles, and between them most of what a cocktail list actually calls for.

All five come in the same 700 mL format, which makes them straightforward to buy as a set and to pour alongside each other.
