Who they are
Grado 0 is Spanish, and the name says the whole proposition: zero degrees, no alcohol.
The wines are fermented conventionally and the alcohol drawn off afterwards by vacuum distillation at low temperature, so the aromatics are not driven off with it.
Tempranillo sits behind the red and the sparkling rosé. A white completed the range.
What does Grado 0 mean?
Zero degrees — the Spanish way of saying no alcohol.
Can I still buy these?
No. beClink no longer stocks this range. The individual bottles remain listed for reference, and each one points to what we carry now in the same style.
