About Blurred Vines Spark

Blurred Vines Spark in 750 mL, a sparkling rosé alternative. Pink and lively, with fine bubbles and bright acidity.

Fresh strawberry and green vines on the nose, then dry redcurrant and floral green tea with a lick of chili, and fermented apricot carried on the bubbles to a long finish. Blurred Vines make two: this is the sparkling one, and Sharp is the still white.

The label marks it as containing caffeine. Serve chilled, from a flute or a coupe, at a 125 mL pour. Contains no alcohol.

About Three Spirit Functional Drinks

A London trio who put plant scientists, herbalists and bartenders in one room and asked what a drink could do instead of what it was missing.

Tatiana Mercer, Meeta Gournay and Dash Lilley founded Three Spirit in London in 2018. Mercer had co-founded BarChick, a guide to the world's bars; Lilley took on the making; Gournay brought a long interest in Ayurvedic plants. The name is theirs three times over, and also the idea behind it — a third way, rather than a choice between drinking and not.

They were unusually explicit that they were not against alcohol. What interested them was that the alternatives were all framed by absence. So instead of imitating a spirit they built flavor from plants, working with phytochemists, herbalists and a group of London bartenders including Tristan Stephenson and Thomas Aske.

The range grew out of that: three elixirs and, later, two wine alternatives under Blurred Vines. Amber Beverage Group acquired the company in October 2025.

New to True Alcohol Alternatives (Beyond Wine & Spirits)?

The ambition is the same as any good wine or spirit: real structure and complexity, built from the drink's own materials. Tea brings tannin, roots and bark bring bitterness, fermented fruit brings acidity and depth. The foundation shapes everything above it, and the ingredient list tells you which one the maker started from.
