About Rosé Bubbly

So Jennie's Rosé in a 375 mL half bottle. It is built from concentrated white and red grape musts with elderberry juice from concentrate, then filtered, carbonated and pasteurized, and never fermented at any point — which is also what makes it Halal certified.

What reaches the glass is grape: a delicate pink pour, a fine and long-lasting bead, fresh red currant over crisp acidity with a light sweetness behind it. The panel prints 25 kcal and 5.8 g of sugar per 100 mL, all of it from the must.

A 375 mL split pours about two flutes, which is what makes it the format for a welcome pour or a table of two. It opens the way Champagne does: wire cage, cork by hand, no corkscrew. Serve at 36–39°F.

About So Jennie Paris

Made for the toast, by the woman who could not find one.

“one of the most convincing options”
Fintan Horan-Stear, Runway Girl Network

In 2010, Jennie Kergoat-Ruelland was planning a royal wedding in Abu Dhabi. The event was as lavish as any she had run, and when the moment came to raise a glass the guests who did not drink were toasting with fruit juice. She set out to make something that belonged on the same table.

So Jennie Paris is made in France from selected grape musts, lightly carbonated and never fermented — 0.0% alcohol, and Halal certified. The butterfly on the bottle is screen-printed in 21-carat gold, which is the part people remember. It is poured at the Four Seasons George V, at Harrods, and in Qatar Airways First and Business class.

Common questions
How much does a 375 mL split pour?
About two flutes at a 5 fl oz pour, or three shorter welcome pours. That is the reason the size exists: one bottle opened per table or per toast, with nothing left to reseal and nothing losing its bead in the refrigerator overnight.
Is it the same drink as the 750 mL bottle?
Yes. Same recipe, same ingredient list, and the producer's panel prints the same figures for both — 25 kcal and 5.8 g of sugar per 100 mL. The two sizes carry different barcodes because they are separate listings, but what is inside is one drink.
Which grape is it made from?
So Jennie states white and red grape musts and does not name a variety on its technical data sheet or on the bottle. Rather than repeat a variety we cannot trace to the producer, we leave the field empty. The color comes from the blend together with elderberry juice from concentrate.
Does this bottle need a corkscrew?
No. It is sealed the way Champagne is, with a cork held down by a wire cage and a metal cap. Untwist the cage, hold the cork, and turn the bottle rather than the cork. A corkscrew would damage it, and there is nothing a guest needs in order to open one.
