Behind our choiceWritten August 2026

Our pick for a celebration for two. The same dry French sparkling as the full bottle — white peach, pear and vanilla over a fine mousse, at 0.0% — in a half bottle that pours about two flutes. Open it for an anniversary, an aperitif before dinner or any evening worth marking, and finish it the same night while the bubbles are at their brightest.

About Blanc Dry

So Jennie's Blanc Dry in a 375 mL half bottle. Concentrated white grape must with acacia gum, citric, ascorbic and malic acids, natural plant extracts and natural flavor, then carbonated. Nothing ferments at any stage, which is what carries the Halal certification.

What reaches the glass is white grape: a pale pour with a fine, persistent mousse, white peach and pear with citrus behind them, and a clean, dry finish. The panel prints 20 kcal and 4.5 g of sugar per 100 mL, none of it added.

A 375 mL split pours about two flutes, which suits a dry aperitif for two, or a by-the-glass pour where a full bottle would lose its bead before it was finished. Serve at 36–39°F. It opens with a cage and a cork; no corkscrew.

About So Jennie Paris

Made for the toast, by the woman who could not find one.

“one of the most convincing options”
Fintan Horan-Stear, Runway Girl Network

In 2010, Jennie Kergoat-Ruelland was planning a royal wedding in Abu Dhabi. The event was as lavish as any she had run, and when the moment came to raise a glass the guests who did not drink were toasting with fruit juice. She set out to make something that belonged on the same table.

So Jennie Paris is made in France from selected grape musts, lightly carbonated and never fermented — 0.0% alcohol, and Halal certified. The butterfly on the bottle is screen-printed in 21-carat gold, which is the part people remember. It is poured at the Four Seasons George V, at Harrods, and in Qatar Airways First and Business class.

Common questions
How much does a 375 mL split pour?
About two flutes at a 5 fl oz pour. For a dry aperitif that is one bottle for two people, opened and finished, which is the case the size is built for — a 750 opened for one glass loses its bead long before the rest gets drunk.
Is it the same drink as the 750 mL bottle?
Yes. Same recipe, same ingredient list, and the same figures on the panel — 20 kcal and 4.5 g of sugar per 100 mL. The two sizes carry their own barcodes because they are separate listings, but what is inside is one drink.
Which grape is it made from?
So Jennie states concentrated white grape must and does not name a variety, either on the importer's specification or on the bottle. Rather than repeat a variety we cannot trace to the producer, we leave the field empty.
How does it differ from the Rosé?
So Jennie makes two. Blanc Dry is white grape must: white peach, pear and citrus over a structured, dry finish, at 4.5 g of sugar per 100 mL. The Rosé adds red must and elderberry juice for a pink pour, red-currant fruit and a little more sweetness, at 5.8 g.
