Senorio de la Tautila Espumoso Rosado (750 mL)
The same brut method as the Blanco, in a sparkling rosé. Halal and vegan.
- Red fruit
- Citrus
- Fine bubbles
- Dry finish
About Espumoso Rosado
The rosé of the pair, and the one people reach for first at a table.
Tempranillo again, worked to a pale pink rather than a white, and made the same brut way — so the bubbles are fine and long-lasting and the finish stays dry. It is the more forward of the two without being sweet.
The winery ferments in stainless steel first and takes the alcohol out at the very end, by vacuum distillation at low temperature — the gentlest of the methods available, and the reason the aromatics survive the process.
Halal certified and vegan. Serve it cold, around 43 to 46°F, with salads, soft cheese or light pasta.
