About Airén Blanco
The everyday white of the range — light, citrus-led and easy to put in front of anyone.
Airén is the grape Spain grows more of than any other, and it makes exactly this: lemon and green apple, crisp acidity, a clean finish with a touch of bitterness that keeps it food-friendly rather than sweet.
The winery ferments in stainless steel first and takes the alcohol out at the very end, by vacuum distillation at low temperature — the gentlest of the methods available, and the reason the aromatics survive the process.
Halal certified and vegan. Serve it cold, around 46 to 50°F, with fish, chicken or a salad.
