Overview. This non alcoholic cocktail set pairs Lyre’s Dry London (gin alternative) with Lyre’s Orange Sec (triple-sec style) to make a fragrant, citrus-forward Tom Collins—no alcohol, full refreshment. If you’re new to zero-proof drinks and love lemon-lime brightness with orange lift, this is a simple, reliable way to build bar-quality Collins mocktails at home.

Craft. Lyre’s layers juniper, citrus, and botanicals for a clean, gin-like backbone (Dry London), then adds a vivid orange-zest profile (Orange Sec) to deliver the classic Tom Collins balance—citrus, a touch of sweetness, and sparkling length—without the booze.

Experience. Expect juniper and lemon on the nose; on the palate, crisp botanicals, bright orange, and a gently sweet mid-palate that finishes dry-leaning once topped with soda. Think citrus & crisp more than sweet; add a splash more Orange Sec if you prefer a rounder, fruitier profile.
