Organic Merlot, certified under EU control body DE-OKO-039. Made from organic alcohol-free Merlot wine with organic concentrated grape juice and organic sugar.

Garnet in the glass. Blackberry and raspberry on the nose with a hint of milk chocolate. The palate is tart and tannic with a balanced structure. Pour it with roast duck, herb-crusted lamb or a dark chocolate tart.
