About Oxygenating Wine Pourer
Aeration in the time it takes to pour — the pourer draws air through the wine as it passes, which is what a decanter does over an hour.
It matters most with a still red. Air softens the edges and lets the aromatics open, and an alcohol-free red benefits from it more than most because there is no alcohol carrying the aroma.
