Description
Six bottles of BLÅ, which is the one most people are handed first. Jasmine and white tea over a Darjeeling finish — floral without being sweet, and structured enough to sit on the table with the food rather than only before it.
This is the case to buy for a season rather than an evening. Thanksgiving, Christmas, a run of people coming through the house — BLÅ is the bottle that suits a toast and still works poured alongside a meal, so six of it covers the whole stretch without needing a second decision each time.

Founded by the award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba, during his time at a Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. He realized the many possibilities within the world of tea, when he couldn’t find a matching wine for a dessert, despite a wine cellar of more than 1,700 wines. Instead, the solution came in a homemade tea extract, which consisted of a blend of different exclusive teas. The new drink became a great success and a favorite amongst the guests of the restaurant.
