About Punk AF
A Scottish pale ale, brewed in full and then dealcoholized. Light gold in the glass, with a solid malt base under tropical fruit, cut grass and pine.
The hop bill is the point: Ahtanum, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Huell Melon, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe, over crystal, Munich, white wheat, caramalt and malted oats. That is a lot of hops for a beer this light.
Serve it cold. There is enough bitterness in it to stand up to fried food and enough fruit to drink on its own.
Sold as a case of six 355 mL cans.
