It is ok

I found that whites are tricky without alcohol. So far, I have been able to find only one bottle that hits all of the right notes. The smell is important with NA wines, and I found that this particular bottle did not stimulate my olfactory senses in the way that wine should. It was a little bit like diluted apple juice- not exactly sweet, but also not dry enough.

Drinkable, not very dry

I would call this NA wine somewhat dry. It's a bit fruity and missing the tart acidity of a dry wine. I found that adding a teaspoonful or so of apple cider vinegar and some orange zest brought it back to life. Citric acid would probably work, too.
