  • Seedlip blends botanical distillates and extracts with water. There’s no sugar, so it’s dry and clean, and it needs a mixer to come alive. Four styles: Garden 108, Grove 42, Spice 94 and Notas de Agave.
  • Ghia is built on grape, yuzu and plum juice with gentian root, elderflower and lemon balm, so it’s fruity up front and bitter at the finish, like an Italian aperitivo. Ghia’s own ratio is one part to three parts sparkling water, tonic or kombucha. Two flavors: Original and Berry.
  • Little Saints builds spirit-style bottles from botanical extracts: St. Juniper (gin), St. Oak (whiskey) and St. Ember (mezcal). Each lists organic Lion’s Mane mushroom extract among its ingredients. They also come in 100 ml flasks.
