Orders, shipping & returns
Ground shipping is free across the contiguous US, with no minimum. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most orders arrive within 5 business days of the ship date, depending on location. We ship from Los Angeles, so West Coast addresses generally arrive faster. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are served by paid Expedited and Express methods (free ground shipping covers the contiguous US). We also ship internationally to select countries — all international sales are final, and customs duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. Non-alcoholic basics
Non-alcoholic wine is made from fermented grapes, just like traditional wine — the difference is that the alcohol is removed through processes like vacuum distillation or reverse osmosis, so the wine keeps its flavor, aroma, and mouthfeel without the alcohol. Some wines are dealcoholized to 0.0% ABV (no alcohol present), while others contain up to 0.5% ABV, which is still considered non-alcoholic under US law.
Dealcoholized drinks are made as full wine, beer, or spirits, then have the alcohol removed — they can be 0.0% or up to 0.5% ABV. 0.0% ABV means no alcohol is present. Up to 0.5% ABV is still legally non-alcoholic in the US. Never-alcoholized means the drink was crafted without alcohol ever being present. We label ABV, sugar, and nutrition on every product.
Once opened, enjoy non-alcoholic wine within 3–5 days for best flavor. Store it in the refrigerator and use a wine stopper to limit air exposure. Sparkling wines lose their bubbles faster — enjoy those within 1–2 days.
Non-alcoholic wine typically has fewer calories and no alcohol, which removes the risks associated with alcohol consumption, and it can retain some of the antioxidants found in regular wine (though some may diminish during dealcoholization).
