Please read this agreement in full. This is a legal agreement between you and beClink.com (“beClink”, “we”, “us”). By registering for the beClink Affiliate Program you confirm that you have read and understood it, and agree to be bound by it. We suggest you keep a copy.
At a glance
This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below govern.
1. The agreement
This Agreement sets out the terms for participation in the beClink Affiliate Program. “Affiliate” means you, the applicant. The Program is operated by beClink directly; it is not administered by a third-party network.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects your commission rate, your points, or how you are paid, we will notify you at the email address on your account before it takes effect. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance.
2. Applying and approval
Applications are reviewed by a person, not automatically. We typically respond within one business day, but this is not guaranteed and we do not commit to a timeframe.
We may decline any application at our discretion and are not obliged to give a reason. If you are declined and believe we have misjudged your application, you are welcome to reply and tell us more — we do reconsider.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter this Agreement.
3. Your referral link and coupon code
On approval you receive a unique referral URL and a unique coupon code, both visible in your Affiliate Dashboard under My Account.
The link. When someone arrives at beclink.com through your referral URL, we set a cookie identifying you. It lasts 180 days. If that person later arrives through a different affiliate’s link, the more recent link takes precedence and the commission follows it.
The code. Your coupon code works independently of cookies. If a customer enters it at checkout, the order is attributed to you regardless of how they arrived.
You may share your link and code freely, subject to §10. Spelling them correctly when you publish them is your responsibility; we cannot attribute an order placed with a mistyped code.
Disclosure — this is a legal requirement
When you promote beClink, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you are a beClink affiliate and may earn from the sale. This is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on endorsements and testimonials, not merely our preference. A disclosure must be plain, in your own audience’s language, and placed where a reader will see it before the recommendation — not buried in a footer or behind a link.
You are responsible for your own compliance. We may require you to correct or remove non-compliant content, and repeated or deliberate failure to disclose is grounds for termination under §10.
4. Commission
You earn 15% of the order value on every qualifying referred sale. The rate is flat: it does not vary by product, category, volume, or tenure, and no products are excluded.
Commission is calculated on the order subtotal. It excludes shipping, taxes, and any discount applied to the order.
Commission is earned per order, not for a customer’s lifetime. You earn commission on each qualifying order that is attributed to you — either placed through your referral link within its 180-day window, or placed with your coupon code. You do not earn a continuing or lifetime commission on that customer: if they order again later without using your link (within its window) or your code, that later order is not attributed to you and earns no further commission. Each order is attributed to a single affiliate; commission is never split across multiple affiliates, nor paid more than once for the same order.
A sale qualifies when the customer completes payment. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back do not qualify, and any commission recorded against them is reversed. If a refund occurs after you have been paid, we may offset the amount against future commission.
You do not earn commission on your own purchases, or on orders you place or control. Our system blocks self-referred commission automatically.
We may change the commission rate. If we do, we will tell you before it takes effect, and it will not apply retroactively to sales already recorded.
5. Points
The Program may include points. Points are wholly discretionary. They are a promotional and educational tool — not compensation, and not an entitlement. They exist to encourage a sampling-and-review system that helps you recommend our products from genuine experience. We may change, suspend, or discontinue points, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice and without liability to you.
How points work, when offered
- Points are earned on qualifying referred sales at the rate we set from time to time (currently 1 point per $1 of order subtotal).
- Points are redeemable against purchases on beclink.com at the rate we set from time to time (currently 300 points = $5).
- Points have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for money under any circumstances.
- Points do not survive a refund. If a referred order is refunded, the points earned on it are reversed; if you have already redeemed them, your balance may go negative until the difference is recovered from future earnings.
- We may revoke or adjust points at any time, including where an account is suspended or terminated under §10, or where we determine points were earned through error, fraud, or breach of these terms.
- From time to time we may offer promotional point credits, including credits for new affiliates. These are limited-time offers, not rights, and may change or end at any time.
6. Products, samples and resale
Products you obtain with points, or that we send you, are for your personal use and for review. They are not for resale.
You may not sell, auction, trade, or otherwise commercially distribute beClink products — whether bought with points, bought with money, or received as a gift from us. You are not a distributor or an authorised reseller, and you may not describe yourself as one.
This is not a formality. The welcome credit exists so that you can taste what you recommend. It is not inventory.
7. Getting paid
To be paid, email us at info@beclink.com and request payment. There is no minimum balance and no fixed payment date.
We pay within 5 business days of a request, by either:
- ACH bank transfer — enter your account holder name, routing number and account number in your Affiliate Dashboard under Settings. The account holder name must match the name on your affiliate registration, or the transfer will be returned.
- PayPal — enter your PayPal email address in the same place.
We cannot pay you until those details are complete and correct. If we hold a balance for you and cannot pay it because your details are missing, it remains yours; tell us and we will pay it.
You are an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes. Where required by law we will report payments to the relevant authority, and may need a completed W-9 before paying US affiliates above the applicable reporting threshold.
Reimbursement. If your account is terminated under §10 after you have redeemed the welcome credit, we reserve the right to require reimbursement of its value ($50) or of any products obtained with it.
8. Confidentiality
Your statistics, earnings, and payment history are visible only to you and to beClink. We will not share them with other affiliates. Please do not discuss your earnings or payment terms with other affiliates or third parties.
9. Order fulfilment and customer relationship
beClink is responsible for processing, fulfilling, and supporting every order placed through your link or code. The customer is our customer. You are not authorised to collect payment, handle returns, or make commitments on our behalf.
10. Grounds for suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold or reverse unpaid commission, and revoke points, if you:
- Self-refer. Use your own link or code on your own purchases, or on orders you place or control.
- Generate artificial traffic. Bot clicks, click farms, incentivised clicks, or anything designed to inflate visit counts without genuine interest.
- Resell beClink products, including anything obtained with points. See §6.
- Misrepresent beClink. Claim to be an employee, distributor, or authorised reseller; invent product claims; or misstate prices, availability, or shipping.
- Bid on our brand terms in paid search. “beClink”, “beclink.com”, variations and misspellings. We do not pay commission on traffic we would have received anyway.
- List your code on coupon or deal sites — RetailMeNot, Honey, Slickdeals, browser extensions, and similar. These intercept customers who are already buying rather than bringing new ones.
- Spam. Unsolicited email, comment spam, unsolicited direct messages.
- Stuff cookies, or overwrite attribution. Set the referral cookie without a genuine click by a genuine person; or use software, toolbars, browser extensions, pop-ups, or redirects that overwrite another affiliate’s tracking, inject our site into frames, or divert traffic that would otherwise have reached us.
- Misuse trademarks or intellectual property — ours, or those of the brands we carry — beyond the materials we provide.
- Share or multiply accounts. Use another affiliate’s account, or operate more than one account, including to claim the welcome credit more than once.
Where the breach appears inadvertent we will normally contact you first. Where it does not, we may act immediately.
11. Term and termination
This Agreement begins when your application is approved and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause, by notice.
On termination your link and code stop working, any unredeemed points are void, and no further commission accrues. Commission already earned on qualifying sales remains payable — except where termination is for a breach under §10, in which case we may withhold it.
12. Licence to use our brand
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the beClink name, logo, and the marketing materials we supply, solely to promote beClink under this Agreement, and only while your account is in good standing.
You may not alter our materials, use them in a way that is misleading or disparaging, or use them to imply a relationship beyond affiliate. All goodwill from your use of our brand belongs to beClink. You may not register or use our name — or the names of the brands we carry, or any confusingly similar variation — in your own domain name, social media handles, or app names. This licence ends automatically when your participation ends, and we may revoke it at any time.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Program, the website, and the products and services offered through it are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, beClink disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Program or the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tracking will be free of technical fault, and we are not liable for the consequences of any interruption or error.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, beClink will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including lost revenue, lost profits, or lost goodwill — arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program, even if advised of the possibility. In any event, beClink’s total cumulative liability to you under this Agreement will not exceed the total commission actually paid to you in the six months before the claim arose.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless beClink, its owners, officers, employees, and agents, from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your promotional methods or the content of your site or channels; (b) your breach of this Agreement or of any law, including FTC disclosure rules; or (c) your infringement of any third party’s rights.
16. Relationship of the parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or sales representative relationship. You have no authority to make or accept offers or representations on our behalf, and will not state otherwise.
17. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is governed by the beClink Privacy Policy.
In addition, specifically for this Program: we record visits generated by your referral link, including the visitor’s IP address, the page visited, and the time. We use this to attribute commission and to detect artificial traffic. This data is visible to you in your Affiliate Dashboard and to beClink staff. It is not shared with other affiliates.
18. General
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it will be severed and the rest will remain in force.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You confirm that you have evaluated this Program independently and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than those set out here.
